I'm a really underconfident person, I've got decent hours, I'm really experienced on scout and dispite my low lobby count, I'd say I'm pretty good (and for the 13 lobbies I've played, my experience was pretty terrible), so I'd like to get in the competitive scene on a low level team because I'm too lazy to go do 1000 lobbies/advanced lobbies, and the really mixed skill count on regular lobbies really doesn't help either.
-1567 Hours in TF2
-300 - 400 Hours in Scout
-I use stock, I can change it up in almost any way.
-With the new weapon pickup I can adjust playstyles accordingly
-I live in US East
-I'm really bad with mumble, and my voice don't help with that
-I'm 15 years old
-I'm also pretty shy
-I can do sixes but I'm not the best at it
Where do I start with all the above things taken into consideration if I'm not eligible for any teams?
