Reason for the ban was apparently due to me using the wrong whitelist and I don't see how that's fully possible for one the server used was a rented ugc server and when setting up the lobby I chose the UGC whitelist my only explanation could be that the whitelist was outdated as to why it was wrong. I had no idea the whitelist was outdated when the lobby was created and after we saw a scout on the other team using the backscatter one of our players started using it as did I for a short time no one complained during the game as far as I remember so we all just assumed everyone was fine it was a simple mistake no one could have foreseen and that was that, I come back today to find I've been banned from creating lobbies because of this. I'm asking this ban to be reversed simply because they're was no possible way for me to have known it would even be a problem and as far as I could tell it wasn't causing an issue anyways.
