Ban forums guidelines

The ban sub-forums are for the submission of evidence to assist the admins in making a full decision when they decide to ban or not ban a player. Users of the forums are expected to follow a few guidelines to make sure they keep their intended purpose.
  • If you have evidence, please submit! Always tell us if you know someone has done wrong, even if you didn't make the thread. It helps us make a fully informed decision.
  • If you don't have evidence, don't submit. We need to make our decisions on facts, so please no "this person is terrible please ban". If you know of events that have happened in the past, we could use your tales of intrigue, but try and stick to the facts.
  • Don't turn the forums into a fight. Bring your evidence forward so we can make a judgement, don't start disparaging the other person beyond what the evidence says already.
  • Leave the telling off to admins and developers. No one else has the position to talk down to a player that has been or is about to be banned. Even if an admin was going to say the exact same words, it means something a lot different coming directly from an admin.
