Turned on cheats and spawned sentry guns in the pre game, causing the server to lag. He got repped and kicked everyone from the lobby.

First lobby got full then right before launch he closes and says "lol trolled"

Immediately starts up another lobby lets this one actually start and places tons of sentries outside of the enemy spawn (and someone said there was no config?)
