Greetings,

I've been playing TF2 for almost 3 years now, and I'm looking to learn how to play in competitive matches. Basically I'm looking for someone as a coach :)

Just play. If you're new, nothing is going do help more then actually playing and learning through experience

There are guides on this forum for brand new comp players, and coaches (mentors) on UGC or ETF2L forums, once you have an idea of what class you like and the basics

Start here: http://forums.tf2cen...s-rules-how-to/

Lots of excellent guides to get you up and running. Then just jump in, ask questions, don't be afraid of looking like an idiot. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Where are the guides, a link or something?

Depending on what you're interested in learning, as well as what game type you're interested in-- 6's or Highlander. There are some things I might know or I could link to you to help :)
