Ever since I first started TF2C I experienced a bug that made me unable to play at my best. I could not hear anyone even though I was in the correct server, the correct #group and team. I could see the other players mics get red outlines (witch shows there talking) including mine. There was also no indication that I was muted/defend. Please help me as soon as possible.
Can't hear anyone in mumble even if im in the correct server #opening and team.

Sounds like you may have your mumble settings incorrect. Do you use mumble for any other purposes other than tf2center?
How about the mic and headhphones icons in the menu bar, do they have red X's through them? You can click these to unmute/undeafen.
