Player consistently "shuts down" and refuses to play the game correctly. Kills himself with stickies, doesn't rollout to mid, eventually gets off demoman.

I've played around ~4 centers with the player and I'm under the impression he's either a brand new player to TF2 or intentionally trolls lobbies. Being new to the game shouldn't be a bannable offense and I feel like an ass writing this, but to put it into perspective these are the only centers I've played with the guy:

Without sugarcoating it, whoever plays with the person is playing 5v6. In none of the 3 games I played with him on my team did I hear him speak a word in mumble (even in mumble required lobbies) and from this most recent game he just stopped playing demo altogether.

I don't know what else to say.

Truth be told I can't find anything wrong with the server logs.

I do see his stats are horrible, but unless the player is intentionally griefing, it's part of the learning experience.

He may be genuinely new and not just trolling considering that he asked if someone is going to Mumble.

Alright, I added him and it turns out he's just really new and felt awkward asking for help. I feel bad making this thread, sorry.
