I'm having trouble with my mumble client,
I'm hearing robotic sounds and people only hearing robotic sounds from me
about 5-10 mins after joining a mumble server (changing server fixes it for another 5-10 mins)

Things I've tried:
- Checking Force TCP mode.
- Every possible permutation of the Quality, Audio per packet, Jitter buffer and Output delay sliders.
- changing headsets
- reinstalled mumble (I removed every folder including "mumble" I could find before re-installing)

Im currently on wifi, Ive read that wifi introduces lots of packet loss but the connection here is pretty good and teamspeak works perfectly so I think its a problem with Mumble.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In case anybody is curious as to what this sounds like (Headphones users beware!!)

inb4:
- post this in mumble forums (already done 4 weeks ago, no replys)
- search google u lazy f**k (tried almost everything on the first 10 pages of google results)

What's your ping to the mumble server?
Why do mathematicians confuse Halloween and Christmas? Because 31 Oct = 25 Dec!

Just tried mumble at college with wired connection, the internet speed there is over 500mb dl and he problem still persists.

Anybody have any other ideas?

Anything in anyway related would be useful at this point.

Thanks in advance :)
