I was just wondering what the average lobby difficulty is. I think it's like UGC Steel? I don't really know.

You can meet people from div 6 to invite.

As icy said, you'll meet people from all divs in lobbies, although the population of div5-6/UGC Iron-Steel is much more common to find, as lobbies are actual practice/improvement for them. It usually depends on the lobby, lobbies made by high-div players who invite their friends to stack lobbies, and lobbies with hour/lobby limits and mumble required will always have better players than random no-mumble lobbies. But yeah I'd say UGC Iron/Steel is the most common, as I've seen players in NA lobbies getting scared because the enemy pyro plays "Silver"
