During a sixes match  he went spec and while staying there, took any sub requests so we don't actually get subs.

I'll leave this open for some more discussion between moderators, but he did seem to avert himself from being reported by remaining in the spectator slot and then claiming the spot back if he was manually reported.

 

I'd also like to know why you were a permanent Pyro on your team when others in the chat had clearly voiced their displeasure of you doing so.

Because, had I picked a different class, I'd perform a lot worse. Our team was losing hard, I had to play my best.

You signed up to play Scout. While some off-classing is acceptable, constantly playing Pyro despite your teammates telling you to play Scout is not.
