So i've managed to find my first team as heavy and our first official is on Friday (double pl_upward). It would be nice to see what other players felt like on their first ever league match and also what I need to make sure to be doing on this particular map as heavy.

It was stressful, but then again I was also playing medic in a league game for the first time. With heavy, just make sure to watch out for your medic.

Good choice for starter! You'll learn awareness really fast.
On upward blue side you can aim to scare away people from getting too close to your babies, and spy check a lot
On red side you are a giant 450 hp wall of death and enemies have to run at you.

I started out as Spy. I was going crazy because people were actually communicating, which never happened in pubs or tf2lobby.
