I would say somewhere around 30-50% of the time when I hit disconnect while in a TF2 server, it crashes my game and closes the game.  No error messages at all.  Anyone else have this problem?  Any solutions or things to try?

From what I saw online, you can verify game cache, or at worse, reinstall steam (if you do that you can keep some folders with your custom stuff and your games).

I went as far as to reformat my computer and still no luck.  Guess I have to live with 10 crashes of tf2 per day when I hit disconnect.

 

Really sucks!  A lot of people on the steam forums are reporting the same problem.

Just wanted to post here that my issue was resolved in last weeks round of tf2 updates.  Zero crashes since!
