he always makes HL lobbies with UGC/RGL config. There are no class limit and game just becomes chaos with 8 snipers. People always rep mid game and leave because of it.

The configs not enforcing class limit is something we need to fix. However, this does not mean players should stop abiding by the rules.

because every single one of these players has already caused some trouble in one way or another and at least 2 of them already have been banned in the past, all are getting a 1 month login ban.
You want to play on the site but you don't want to follow the rules? not happening. If you are not willing to abide by them, please take your shenanigans elsewhere.
