Told people not to pick classes so that his friends could finish a game they were playing. Then went on a powertrip and threatened to kick people for it.

When the Lobby was almost ready he kicked a player for it and then claimed it was due to toxicity, when this person said not a single word to him

the slots got automatically unlocked

he asked not to join

people joined anyway

kick is fair

ban is valid when toxicity is involved , you can ban people from your lobby that have been harassing you or being generally toxic to everyone in previous lobbies. kicking one person off a lobby is not deemed tool abuse.
