I have spent some time as I am sure most server owners have - tweaking.

I wonder if we should post one that covers most of the bases.

I just use the UGC configs / whitelists, and that works fine for me.

You have no idea how anal I am about settings files.

I go through each one, understand it, and change it to exactly suit my needs.
