These people are constantly bullying people out, by lying about them being afk to fool the other team to rep them as well. azr in specific I have seen in countless games spam repping people and claiming them to be afk to fool the other team to rep as well. Consistently closing lobbies out by mass self repping to force lobbies to close, etc...
