To whom it may concern,

I have been having this recurring issue in which I am registered as not having joined the mumble comms when I have clearly done so. Normally, I would queue up in a lobby, wait for it to fill, ready up and click the mumble prompt that opens mumble and connects me to the correct channel. At the end of the lobby, I disconnect and when I return to the tf2center page, I am greeted with a 7 day mumble lobby ban. . I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this issue as I enjoy the experience on mumble lobbies and there are a lot of solid, decent folks out there.
