I must admit im not entierly sure what I am banned for in the first place.
I used to use TF2Center all the time when I played TF2 previously, I stopped playing a few years ago and have recently picked the game up again, and now suddenly I cant log in to Center anymore because it states that I have an ETF2L ban. This is not true. I don't and never have had a ban of any kind on ETF2L or any other website dedicated to TF2.

As you can see I have no ban on my account. If there is some other reason this message may appear when I try to log in I would appreciate you letting me know about it.
