When I am in a lobby that fills, the notification "who is not ready?" sound does not play if I'm tabbed out.
This means I have to tab out of TF2 each life to check if it has readied yet, and often I have missed the ready timer because the sound doesn't play and therefore don't get to play a game I waited 20+ minutes for.
