Date & Time: Every time I try to join a lobby

I can sign into TF2C, but whenever I join a lobby page my name does not show up in spec and I am unable to join an open class spot on a team. Its like im not signed in but I am. This has been an issue for a while now and its annoying bc I cant play lobbies.
