If you check my most recent cooldown and compare to my logs.tf profile (http://logs.tf/profi...561198156007049), you will notice that I didn't even play any lobbies at the time when the cooldown was issued. I have a vague idea on how the cooldown was triggered. I first joined a lobby and during the pregame dm I was playing sniper while I was supposed to be playing scout during the actual game. I then had to leave because of some unforeseen circumstances (I had to poop) and I !rep myself and had been replaced by a sub before the game could even start. I was still on sniper when I was replaced by sub which is what might have triggered the tf2c plugin.
