There is a bug where a new substitute player can immediately get reported:
To reproduce:
1. A player disconnects.
2. In-game players begin !rep the missing player (1-3 votes)
3. The game auto-reps the missing player for disconnecting
4. New player takes sub slot
5. The remaining voter(s) for the slot finish the 4th rep to get a sub
Result: Person who just took sub slot gets reported and can no longer join nor take the new sub slot created in their place.
Sometimes this isn't an accident and I've seen groups abuse this bug to immediately rid a player they do not want to join their missing player slot.
