He opened this 9v9 lobby at 12:42 CET.
The restrictions to join any class are set at 250 lobbies played and 2000 hours played, which is pretty hard to fill at this time.
The player does not match any of his restrictions himself.
In addition after I asked him to unlock a class for me (the only restriction I dont fit is the hours, because i need 9 more hours to have the needed 2000) he said "ofc" and then without removing the restrictions left the lobby.
Therefore this guy is blocking a hl lobby spot ruining the tf2center experience for everyone who wants to play highlander.
