A friend of mine, GGG (https://steamcommuni...61198308315479/) , donated 3 "Team Fortress 2" keys on 11/10/2019. This trade offer has still not gone through as of 11/12/2019. I assume this to be a bug/ item donations being down, as the bot I viewed has not been online for roughly 200 days.
Is this just a bug? Or are item donations gone for now?
