Hey,

 

A friend and I just bought a server and wanted to host a game on tf2center right away. In the progress we noticed that there are very strict rules regarding the possible type of games you can host. I understand that you do not want to have hundreds of 6v6 pyro lobbies but in my opinion a wider range of gametypes would improve the whole idea.

 

2on2 sniper was played a lot at the ESL back in the day and it is a lot of fun.

I have to admit that I do not know how hard it may be to implement this but if there are enough possible supporters it may be great new feature!

I've got both

But, if I would ever want to play a SvS game, itd need to be headshot only. As a sniper main, I play a lot on SvS servers and they're really only fun if it's infinite ammo w/ headshot only. From what I've seen in comp games of SvS, first team to 25 kills wins, or it's played on an Ult Duo style game mode.

Yea Headshot only^^ You can find alot of maps on the interwebz and I am sure alot of guys  (me included) would find a few on their hardrive and could upload them again. Same goes for the config.

 

What do you mean by "Ult Duo style game mode" ?

By "Ult-Duo" style I meant that it's played on an ult duo map, only instead of solly & medic, it's only sniper. Spawn doors do not open from the outside, so once your out, your out, there's no resupply cabinet, and the only feature (atleast on most maps) is a central control point. It's like king of the hill, only on a smaller map, and you can't re-enter spawn.

On the subject of new game modes for tf2center I'd support an Ultitrio (Solly, Medic, Scout).

We only support "official game modes" or gamemodes with already made configs.
