When I was playing this lobby (https://tf2center.com/lobbies/954108) I noticed that this was being spammed in chat the whole game even though the player wasn't even in our lobby anymore.
Console: WARNING: devill currently playing SNIPER while not allowed. Switch back to ROAMER within 20 seconds or get punished...
He repped himself before the lobby even started and was replaced before the lobby start yet it still was reporting him for offclassing every round. He probably was on sniper before he left the server and it was still repping him even though he wasn't in the game.
