This happened too many times, where I was randomly kicked by "TF2Center" for no apparent reason, not the lobby leader, not by anything.
There is no clue to why this happens.

That happens when you lose connection with TF2C; it will not see you anymore, and therefore kick you. And you will not see the updates because you're disconnected. A full reload of the Lobby page (F5) usually does the trick.
