Hello

Heavy no longer screams at me whenever a lobby is full. The notification does go off sometimes when i tab back into chrome to check on the lobby, also when the timer has already run out.

windows 10, chrome and adblocker with tf2center whitelisted.

The site has worked perfectly for years and i can't think of anything that could have caused this on my end.

Sounds like a Chrome security restriction, where it will block sounds. It happens sometimes to unfocused tabs.
