There is a way to get banned without reason.

1. Play lobby with class restrictions
2. Report yourself
3. Change class to restricted one (Pyro for example - to defend last point)
4. After that Sub will join to server and you will be kicked from server
5. Now you will get ban. Because TF2C is still counting offclassing time

So... no matter if you changed class for 1 second, even by your mistake.
If your sub will join lobby while you are offclassing, you will be banned for 30min.
