I was banned from leaving too many times. The last match that I played I rep'd myself because I was having extreme ping issues and decided it would be better to rep myself before the match actually started instead of being the medic that can't contribute at all.

That ban is for people that leave a lobby early. Ban is justified, I don't see the problem.
