1st: Had two slots reserved and when every slot but those got filled they got auto-opened. PROTO kicked about 6 people or so trying to join those slots saying he had 6 players that he wanted on that team. He made people miss out on the lobby when they switched to those previously reserved spots and delayed the entire lobby.
2nd: Offclassing was allowed on the lobby. He console kicked a player playing perma pyro on an alt because PROTO though that offclassing allowed didn't mean perma offclassing. The pyro was on the opposite team of him and was doing well.
There was nothing else.
