How do I get the mge mod spawn for pre-game on my server? Please help. Thanks!

I believe the mod you're thinking of for pregame is called SOAP. You'll need your own server to install this of course.

Google "SOAP DM". You'll need SourceMod for it to work though.

Yeah, you need Sourcemod, then you just drop the soap_tf2dm.smx and soap_tournament.smx files into tf/addons/sourcemod/plugins. Simple as that.
