For some reason people keep replacing me because they don't like the way I play medic, I walk around healing every one that needs it and when every one is fully healed I buff their health and when I have uber I use it when asked too, I don't grief or troll but that doesn't matter people get pissy when they die and blame me right away because I warned them about a spy but they still got killed and that's enough to report and replace me. I was just wonder what I should exactly do about this problem

If you give us some logs and some PoVs we could help you a bit more but it's a bit hard to say what you might be doing wrong without more information. I will say though that meds do get blamed a lot for mistakes when in lobbies, this coming from someone who has played nearly 550 lobbies as a medic.
