I don't understand, could you elaborate the problem?

Cnoz used a glitch to bypass the class limits, and played as a 2nd engineer. It can be easily confirmed by looking at the playtime of the engineers in the BLU team.

You can also look at the chat logs. People also pointed this out.

Thanks for clarifying. That glitch is so old I didn't know people still used it.
