I was recently banned for spamming & "staying in mumble and trash talking all of us" as according to this report

http://i.imgur.com/Rkyv7Hh.png -.
The spamming part I am fully aware of and was unsure of the rules due to lack of reading.

The part of "staying in mumble for being reported part" is ridiculous.

The map was on cp_gullywash and I made one call for someone to do something and the player "u came too close to what is min" said, and I quote "this kid is retarded, i'm vote kicking him". This is clear abuse of the reporting system. I never was once away from keyboard during the lobby. The refusal to leave mumble was due to being reported from a game I was in the ENTIRE time

Another idea, notice the SAME key player who is in the two games, "U came too close to what is min"

I've never once had ANYONE accuse me for anything before this person. Quite the coincidence that he doesn't record anything he says to me but "yeah but i need to get out open"

Even if I wanted to, I could report this same player for the broken rule of 2.1 "Offensive Language"

I'm not saying said other players should be banned, rather the ban decrease & ways to fix the report abuse system.
I take 100% full fault for the spamming, as it was an intended joke, clearly taken otherwise.

I also take 100% full fault for the "shit talking"

You violated sections 2.1, 2.3, & 4.5 of the TF2Center rules. Luop was being generous with a 3 day join lobby ban. Under normal circumstances, it could have been up to a week. Just because you were in the lobby the "entire time" and got reported doesn't mean that you should stay in the mumble and complain to your teammates. The reporting system isn't broken, it's only abused when people choose to abuse it. The problem is with the people using it, like yourself. The ban may seem longer than you would like and that's so that you have incentive not to break the rules again.

Unban request rejected.
