Banned all players from other team who had serious amount of lobbies played or tf2 hours. He kept better players in his team.
He also removed all restrictions from other team and left restrictions in his team.

Jim Vickers banned a total of 4 players for no apparent reason. When asked why he said to mind your own business and later said that he new them personally, which is not true as I new one of the players that were banned and he has no idea why too. Other players also say they knew nothing of him.

Banning without having a good reason to do so, clearly trying to stack his own team. Any abuse of the kick/ban tools will be met with a lengthy ban.

He banned 4 people total based on nothing but opinion.
