as the title says im not getting some ready up prompts for lobbies. Some times they work sometimes they dont, I suspect it has something to do with audio being played on other tabs in chrome but i have no been able to test this.

Have you cleared your browser cache, cookies etc? Tried resetting your browser? These normally fix the problem for me. Sometimes I can't hear ready up sounds when playing TF2 as well. Also check your profile preferences for sound on the site.
