Every so often when I try to connect to a lobby server I receive this message and will be unable to connect until I am subbed and receive a cooldown.

This has happened something like 2/3 times in the last couple of days giving me hour long bans each time. As this hasn't happened before I have no idea how to fix this without just getting lucky and connecting. Thanks in advance for your time.
