Are NA players allowed to participate?

I keep getting an error every time i try to sign up "you dont have permission "

Of course NA players are allowed. They´ll even try to group you together with other NA teams.

However if you face an EU team you have to play on EU servers at ~20 CET.

Create a team first. 

 

NA players are allowed.
