Description:
Cool downs are a good idea but there needs to be work done to them. They've continuously ruined the fun of lobbies numerous times for me and i have ideas of how to redo them. They should be put in place if you've been repped atleast 2 times.
Pros/Cons:
Cooldowns are good as they stop trolls ruining lobbies, hacker etc

The bad part is new players often get repped stopping them playing, people time out upon alt tabbing and get repped or internet cuts out and you can no longer play lobbies

We expect our players to have their affairs in order. If you have a shitty internet connection, you will be punished indeed and rightly so. You're putting your team mates up with your bullshit, and we don't find that acceptable.

 

So no, we're not going to go with your suggestion.
