Explanation for unban: Well, I was banned for 'ban evasion' until '2014-50-01' (whatever this date means). I was banned on playing my 87th lobby with the admin kkaltuu. He mentioned in the chat 'TF2C | kKaltUu | ETF2L.org what is olba doing here' and, after the lobby, banned me.
Well, I was VACcinated on my previous account http://steamcommunity.com/id/olBaaa/ (name is for convenience) and, after that, continued to play on this one without hiding my identity. Like, really, I kept avatar, name, and custom steamid. I did not cheat on any TF2Center lobby (and in tf, in general). My demos are available to anyone, who asks for them, I keep every demo since my ban. Before playing TF2Center I consulted with the rules page, and there is nothing regarding my case.
I am still eligible to play in every league besides ETF2L. I don't understand why TF2Center is becoming etf2l filial.
P.S. A suggestion: open the 'rules' section for banned users. They might actually read it in that way.
