22% on soldier, 0% on sniper, his dodging tactics consisted of standing still and running in circles.

i know he is new but this is beyond new this is literally not knowing what buttons to press

660 HPM is about what I expect from the freshest of fresh meat medics..

 

Provide an STV/POV of them trolling on medic (e.g. refusing to heal, running straight at the enemy, refusing to listen to team demands, etc)

pretty much through out the game he kritz's the soldier for no reason, not running away from ubers, not healing demo on rollouts.

 

some specific examples are just standing on china at 41000 and then running around in spawn after spawning from that death. Forcing kritz against an uber despite taking no damage at 47000. at 61000 he stands still while getting spammed at by a demo and dies to it, at 63000 he falls to the most obvious stair stab, 72000 he pushes into a visible sniper that has been watching him for a significant period, at 81000 he taunts despite having already picked up a pack and being extinguished, 89000 he stands still on cliff rather than pushing with less than 10 seconds left.

 

from looking at the demo now it looks like he uses a controller which would explain his lack of movement

This looks to be like typical behavior from a new player. Not trolling.

 

Maybe take them under your broad shoulders and mentor them into becoming a great medic? Help them shop for a gaming mouse.. etc
