Lobby was no offclassing, he ran engineer and sniper to mid, as well abused the multi class glitch to run double demo, played spy, basically playing everything but scout.

sigh im too lazy for that i guess ill let the kid go but he did offclass over 40% in a no offclass lobby

Without an STV to confirm that there was exploiting then it just looks like they played demo/scout for a majority of the time.
