User signed up to play med but trolled by running vaccinator and blutsauger the entire time. Team repeatedly asked him to switch but he replied with "kys" (this is in pre game so not shown in logs). After I told him to switch, he and his friend ("Rapist 17") tried to get me repped.

Could you provide a demo as proof of him trolling?

Unfortunately, my PREC was not on. However, you can see from the logs that he ran vac almost full time (he kritzed the scout the one time he didn't run vac) and that he tried to rep me.

Using the vaccinator isnt against any rules on center, but if he was trolling we'd need proof in the form of an STV or POV demo
