Having the possibility to team chat while still in a lobby might be useful in order to make a strategy or teach new comers.

Interesting idea. I assume you you mean on the lobby page. I don't think it's terribly necessary though, if you want to go through the trouble of doing that, you might as well go on mumble.

couldn't they just move over to the other team after reading your strategy? Seems a bit too overcomplicated to me.
