I was banned for, I believe, "not healing other players"* during a HL lobby (Aus)

I did not see anything against that in the rules so I thought it was okay
We still did manage to win and I believe most people enjoyed the game and I hope to just receive an unban as I was not aware this was a ban-able offense
For the game in question I gave our heavy 97% heals and he racked up 40 kills (highest in the lobby) and it would be fair to say it was quite a stomp
The admin who banned me was TF2C | nrd. and he was playing pyro in this game
(my name in the logs is different because I enjoy aliasing often and you can find I have changed my name multiple times on other occasions also)
