Hello!
I'd like to make a suggestion based on the Rules subsite "8.1 Use of Lobby Kick/Ban Tools" section.
In my opinion the problem is that even though this Rule states some prohibited acts, reporting them or seeing any consequences happening isn't a likely case.
"Any abuse of these tools will be met with a lengthy ban. Some examples of Abuse of these tools includes things such as kicking all players who join, kicking players because you feel they 'aren't good enough', kicking players as an act of ill will, kicking players because you 'forgot to reserve' a slot, etc..."
These abuses could be in 99% of the cases easily avoided by reserving the given spots, or setting a played hours / lobbies requirements... instead kicking players without a reason, or throwing some of non-sense sentences at them ("If you come back again, I'll ban you!", "Sorry forgot to reserve, my friend comes in 2 mins") is way too common.
These - I think - are really disruptive to the community and tend to lead to anger and verbal abuse, so my suggestion would be:
You should make a "Report Leader" button inside the lobbies, that would be pushable after someone gets kicked. It would react any of the following ways:
- 2-3 push from different users is needed to save the chat log and report the leader towards the site admins
- If somebody pushes it, he's demanded to give a written explanation as to why he did it + the chatlog and the report of the leader is being sent to the admins
