This lobby was opened by these two friends for the sole purpose of trolling. Both Medics rolled out as Sniper and then when people complained/requested they go Medic, the pings were all artificially raised by the server operator to lag everyone out.

I've checked the server logs and looked at the in-game chat and can confirm this.

 

Banned. The take away from this is that if you are going to waste peoples time, you will be banned.
