I talked to http://steamcommunity.com/id/luop90/a few weeks ago, the person who banned me in the first place, and I was promised an unban, which I still have not gotten. I thought I would bring the issue here since, like usual, it isn't getting solved. Like I said long ago, my brother is still not able to play TF2, much less TF2Center, his profile is http://steamcommunity.com/id/Puppy21/. He played May 31st for his LAN Birthday Party. I'll include a screenshot of the conversation with Luop90 as proof, and even ask him yourself.

If this isn't enough ample, sound evidence to get me unbanned, I don't know what is, and you win, but this is my last effort to revoke an unfair and ignored ban on someone who has done absolutely nothing wrong.

So if you've gotten a LOGIN-ban, as we call it, we make sure all alts will be banned along with it. Now of course in your case, your brother is real and absolutely no alt, but the system does not understand that.

 

As long as your're banned this will not change. You should have thought of the consequences before and should not pin this on us.
