Not entirely sure if it's ban-worthy, but it's pretty damn annoying...
I main medic, and I'd like to think I'm pretty good at it. I also try other classes from time to time (to get better, that's what TF2Center's for isn't it?). I've done 20 or so lobbies as scout, usually ending with a positive k/d ratio (not that it matters much).
There was a lobby starting earlier today, the teams seemed pretty balanced so I joined. The only space free was scout, and although I wanted to play medic, I didn't really mind. So I joined, I was feeling pretty confident as the teams looked even.
Long story short, our whole team is getting destroyed from the start. Start of the second round, I noticed our medic was using the Quick-Fix, and I asked for him to switch to Kritz, as I thought it would work better. Suddenly these two guys (not sure if they were friends or what) start saying I suck, I should go back to pubs etc, how I shouldn't be telling other people what to do...they start saying the reason we're losing is because I'm on the team, and I'm not 'getting demoman picks enough' (admittedly their demoman was doing very well, probably the reason we were failing so badly).
Of course this annoyed me, so I told them that it can't just be my fault as I'm a scout, one of the least important classes in highlander.
The server's leader tries to rep me, obviously expecting it to pass (which it didn't). A few moments after I put in chat "why would you rep me? can you rep people for being bad anyway?"
This guy frequents on TF2Center, often making lobbies, and whenever I try to join them he bans me from them. I don't believe I've done anything wrong.
I'm really sorry if this isn't the right place for this, but it's irritating being banned from lobbies with no explanation. I'm guessing the guy's just salty...

As you can see,
only two people reported me (clearly him and his friend), and
he kicked me because nobody else reported me. He's also banned me from lobby #426438 after I put "Can I actually join this one?"
Isn't this abusing admin powers? I don't believe I've done anything wrong, I'm usually decent at scout, our team was just bad. I have over 1000 hours, and over 150 lobbies.
